  • May reduce the risk of cancer

SQUASH

  • Boosts immunity with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals

  • Helps manage diabetes because it regulates sugar in the body

  • Squash is anti-inflammatory

  • The seeds are antiparasitic, so they protect us from a wide variety of diseases
