GLOBAL CRAYOLA CREATIVITY WEEK

The last full week in January is Global Crayola Creativity Week. For an entire week, we are supporting Crayola as they partner with educators, families, and celebrity guests to nurture children’s creativity and inspire more creative moments.

#CrayolaCreativityWeek

Kids see the world through a lens of curiosity and wonder, constantly asking ‘why’ and ‘how.’ Their imaginations know no bounds as they embrace creativity. When kids create, they explore solutions and unlock new possibilities. Global Crayola Creativity Week is a celebration of every child’s unique creative spirit and every parent and educator’s opportunity to foster creativity and encourage imaginative discovery. When we empower kids through creative expression, we help them reach their full potential.

Creativity is essential to a child’s development, impacting their emotional, mental, and cognitive well-being. Research shows when educators and parents encourage creativity, they help children build critical thinking skills and foster resilience. Crayola Creativity Week is a special time to celebrate the power of creativity at school, home, and in community organizations like libraries and after school programs around the world.

Imagination in Action

Creativity means putting your imagination into action. This is a critical life skill that everyone has the capacity to embrace, celebrate, and more deeply develop. In fact, every time children engage in simple creative moments their creative ideas come to life, which fosters confidence and the critical thinking skills needed to embrace life’s challenges.

CELEBRATE GLOBAL CRAYOLA CREATIVITY WEEK

Global Crayola Creativity Week brings more than 8 million children together annually across six continents and 100 countries.
